Meridian Pacific Equipment Brokers utilizes the talents and contacts of the industry veterans that make up our company. We will actively promote the equipment you wish to dispose of, and handle all of the transaction details after we secure a buyer. Normally, an initial 30 day period is set to actively list and solicit buyers for your equipment. After 30 days we will review what has been sold and what is still available. At that point, we will discuss with you our options on the remaining inventory. Below you will find a list of things we normally require to start the process of selling your equipment.

1) ACCURATE LIST OF ITEMS TO BE SOLD (MAKE, MODEL, SPECIAL OR AFTERMARKET OPTIONS, ETC.)

2) PICTURES (IDEALLY 4 TO 8: FRONT, BACK, SIDES, TIRES, ENGINE, OPERATORS "STATION") OF EACH ITEM TO BE SOLD

3) HOURS, YEAR, SERIAL NUMBER AND CONDITION REPORT ON EACH MACHINE TO BE SOLD (FORM CAN BE SENT IF NEED BE)

If we can get these basic items covered, it will allow us to start the process of securing buyers for your equipment. Our internal network of contacts are our first outlet to sell your fleet. We will then promote the remaining items through various internet sites and print media. In turn, you will agree to notify us of any potential sale of the items we are promoting on your behalf, and will give us the exclusive right to sell those items for a 30 day period. 

After we receive the information, it will allow us to prepare and send back a "minimal offer" form to be signed and returned (noting the pricing guidelines we have suggested ((and you have agreed to)) on each machine by serial number). At that point we will also forward our 30 day "right to sell" agreement for your review. Once both documents are returned we will begin securing buyers for your equipment.
